“I live in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and I am married to my husband Bill. We have two children, Jennifer and Jeffrey. Jennifer has her first degree in Psychology from St. Thomas University and is currently working on a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. My son Jeff is working on his BBA at UNB.I am a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Practitioner. Throughout my adolescence, I had to take my profoundly deaf younger brother to a hearing aid office for tests, molds and fittings. This exposure sparked my interest for a career in the hearing industry.29 years ago, I began working for a family business in the hearing aid industry where I started dispensing hearing aids. When I left there, it was not long before I started my own company, innovative hearing solutions, inc. and I haven’t looked back. About 8 years ago I was not necessarily looking to expand my business but an opportunity came up that I could not refuse, so I purchased another company which had several locations in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. It has definitely been a learning experience for me and I have enjoyed every minute of it.Our philosophy has always been to provide the best and friendliest service to our clients as we can. Our goal is to provide the best personal hearing devices to suit the clients needs and lifestyle, as well as the promise of better communication.” |

“I live in Moncton, New Brunswick, and I am married with two adult sons and two granddaughters.I am a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Practitioner. I received my Nova Scotia licensing in 1993, and my National Board Certification from the International Hearing Society in 1998.I began my journey in the hearing industry back in 1990 because of my own profound hearing loss, which I have had for over 42 years. I have worked in Moncton and Saint John for Innovative Hearing Solutions. I have also worked in satellite clinics throughout N.B. For about five years now, I’ve been working with innovative hearing in Moncton, Amherst, Truro and Halifax as needed. My hearing loss helps me understand the problems other hearing impaired clients experience, having experienced many of the same problems.” |

“I graduated from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario and also have a degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Guelph.I started working for Innovative Hearing Solutions in October 2010 and am now happy to call Woodstock home. I and my border collie, Harvie, live in an old Victorian home right on the river and have definitely been taking advantage of the hiking trail running behind the yard. I love the outdoors and am looking forward to exploring all that New Brunswick has to offer. Also an avid hockey player, I joined the Hartland Panthers women’s hockey team and have been lucky enough to meet some really great people. Go Panthers! I look forward to finding many other activities in the community to participate in.My goal is to provide the best service possible to those with hearing difficulties and to ensure that my clients’ hearing aids are fit so as to best suit their needs. I hope our clients enjoy the warm, friendly atmosphere of our clinic in Woodstock. Originally from Montreal, I am also bilingual and look forward to providing excellent service to our francophone clients as well. Êtant bilingue, je suis heureuse de pouvoir aussi aider nos clients francophones.” |

“I graduated from the Hearing Instrument Practitioner program at MacEwen College in Edmonton. Prior to completing my diploma, I taught English as a second language in Thailand where I met my wife at the University there. Upon my return to Canada, four years later, I became certified as personal care attendant and worked in a large psychiatric facility for 5 years. While fitting hearing aids in Saskatchewan, I earned my Board Certification. My practice there enabled me to travel to many parts of the province providing hearing clinics for the rural population in the “land of living skies”.My wife and I, and our daughter are pleased to be in Fredericton where we find the pace of the city pleasantly slower than in Ontario where I was last prescribing hearing instruments. Most importantly, my Beagle, Capelle, has voiced no discontent with the pathways and surrounding woods near our new home.” |
